A plain-language overview of how information submitted to Logicspire is handled.

Last updated: 5 August 2026. This launch-ready draft must be reviewed against Logicspire’s confirmed business practices before publication.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through project, review, contact, estimator, and newsletter forms. This may include your name, business contact details, company information, website URL, project context, consent, and an enquiry reference.

Basic privacy-conscious technical logs may be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. If configured and accepted, Google Analytics may process page, device, approximate location, conversion, and performance information.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to requests, evaluate project fit, deliver requested estimates or communications, improve services, and protect the website from misuse. Logicspire should not sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

When configured, Supabase stores lead records, Resend processes transactional email, Google Analytics processes consented usage measurement, and the hosting provider processes operational traffic. Access should be restricted using server-side credentials and row-level security.

Retention and your choices

Records should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the confirmed business email in the site configuration.

Before launch

Logicspire must confirm its legal entity, controller contact, exact providers, retention periods, lawful bases, international transfer practices, and any jurisdiction-specific rights before treating this draft as final legal advice.
